I click on the button “Forward”  but the forwarding is not activate.

Validate if you have selected the right carrier (service provider). In the App, click on the button Menu of your phone and select “Settings...”. Once in the setup screen, confirm that the correct carrier is selected. If not, click the list and select your provider.

My carrier is not in the list

If your carrier (service provider) is not in the list, you should select the carrier Other No 1. If it doesn’t work, you can try to select Other No 2 and Other No 3.

I tried the carrier Other No 1, 2, 3 and it doesn’t work.

If you have tried to select Other No 1, 2, 3 and this doesn’t.  Select the carrier Customize by myself [0] and click the button Show/Hide advanced parameters. Ask the activation code from your service provider and enter this information to the corresponding locations.

Is it possible to remove advertising ?

Yes, for 0.99$ via the menu you can remove Ads banner. The transaction is safe and everything is handled with Google Play.

Will I have a fee when I will forward my calls ?

Your service provider may apply a fee for each call transferred by your phone. You need to validate your contract with your carrier. But many phone plan included this feature for free.

How I can cancel forwarding ? 

Normally, You just need to use the button Cancel in the app. But If it doesn’t work, you can follow this explanation. :

After that, to fix the problem for the future uses.
